Manage administrative tasks such as creating and storing documents, ordering supplies, setting up meetings and other activities that allow project management teams to plan and execute projects successfully. The project administration process takes place simultaneously with all phases of project life cycle.
Manage and maintain all controlled company documents. Update and control procedure documents and forms. Create and govern document hierarchy and process systems. Take charge of all document identification, classification, and filing. Frequently conduct document audits confirming they are current and accurately reflect recorded evidence. Ensure revised documents are accessible and distributed accordingly to technical teams, projects, and or departments.
Validate costs with vendors and suppliers and recommending cost-saving measures. Forecasting expenditures, planning budgets, classifying costs by WBS, tracking budgets, verifying supplier invoices and managing change orders.
Consult with clients and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks. Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system. Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders. Monitoring project timelines and deadlines. Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner. Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines. Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.
Ensure that all construction activities align with the established timeline and budget. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Support end-to-end Process Mining initiatives. Review, interpret, identify, scope and manage metallurgical test work. Prepare process equipment functional specification and process datasheets. Actively engage with clients to understand project requirements. Participate in trade-off studies to select preferred process options. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines. Perform operational cost estimates. Contribute to hazard studies. Prepare written reports. Participate or lead process plant commissioning.
Review contractual documentation and engineering documents to ensure that the commissioning & start-up requirements are accounted for in the design. Prepare and keep up to date the execution plans, commissioning reports, and supporting documentation for each phase of commissioning. Perform functional testing and verifications ensuring the system is in accordance with the design intent.
Contribute to and develop appropriate health, safety, and environmental initiatives, policies and procedures.. Ensure that the requirements of the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment Policy and procedures are achieved in the areas that are under direct control, including risk assessment, facility risk rating, accident investigating etc. Conduct audits and inspections to assure compliance to company and regulatory procedures. Address health and safety issues and concerns, liaise with various departments, and complete follow ups. Prepare and maintains necessary regulatory documentation and reports. Source, plan and deliver (Safety, Health & Environment) training/inductions to employees as required.
Prepare, negotiate and implement contractual terms and conditions that are favorable for both parties. Facilitate communication between organizations and ensure objectives and deliverables are met. Reduce risks, improve compliance while vitalizing efficiency.
Ensure the system meets the design intent. Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables. Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
